Our professionals in this department are experienced
in all aspects of title work and their goal is to assure title
is clear upon completion of the foreclosure. The Title Department
orders, monitors, receives and reviews all title searches for foreclosure
files and makes claims on title policies, if required. Assignments
are prepared for lenders and sent to recording if needed. This
department also handles any tax issues as requested by the lender,
manufactured home title issues and final transfer of title.
