for default including current phone number where you can be reached,
loan number, property address and total funds available to possibly
get your home out of foreclosure.
This letter must be signed; include a breakdown of monthly budget
including all income and expenses; copies of last 2 years tax returns,
prior 2 months bank statements, and last 2 months pay stubs.
