History

Butler & Hosch, P.A., was started over 30 years ago specializing in banking, family, criminal, and real property litigation. C. Victor Butler, Jr. started the foreclosure department almost 26 years ago and was one of the first attorneys in the state of Florida to specialize in residential mortgage foreclosures. Robert H. Hosch, Jr. joined the firm in 1988, and at that time the firm represented some of the largest residential mortgage bankers and servicers in the industry throughout the entire state of Florida.

Starting in 1991 the firm realized the importance of investing in technology to bring the firm to a higher level of expertise which would allow it to handle the ever-changing landscape of the residential mortgage industry. Mr. Hosch became a partner in 1993 and Managing Partner in 1997. He has continued the firm's commitment to investing in technology and has helped us emerge into one of the top technological firms representing the mortgage banking industry. This technological expertise has been noted as the best in the nation by a Government Secured Enterprise and current clients.
