Mr. DeLoach was admitted to practice in the state of Texas
in 1972 and in Mississippi in 1973. Mr. DeLoach's experience
includes over 25 years in mortgage banking, including managing
the default division of a major mortgage banking operation
and managing the default operation of a major law firm.
